With three ministers for everything, Bosnia is probably one of the craziest countries in the world. Luckily Stefan Miletic had the chance to live in a few different places, including a seminal experience in Budapest where he was exposed to the music of Benga and Skream on a full sub-heavy system which turned out to be a life-changing experience.
Shortly afterwards he started to produce strange, bleepy, 8bit anthems that were obviously inspired by dubstep but seemed to be coming from somewhere else at the same time, and this was before he’d ever heard a Zomby tune. Winning an Ableton production competition won him a copy of the software and launched him more seriously into the game.
We’re happy to be putting out Stefan’s Mario inspired 1UP as our first 12”, backed with a mean ultra-stripped and bass heavy remix from possible producer of 2009 Ramadanman, there’ll be a VIP version doing the rounds and we’ve got a clutch of heavy bleep dancefloor tracks from this upcoming talent.
